Lisa Johnson is President of ASI, and its affiliates. Mrs. Johnson co-founded ASI, in 1987 with her husband, Dennis. She approves all government and commercial projects. Mrs. Johnson is also responsible for all financial reports, invoicing, and client satisfaction initiatives. Mrs. Johnson also reviews and monitors plans for corporate budget spending, cost effectiveness and customer service.

Dennis Johnson (Executive Vice President)

Dennis Johnson is Vice President of ASI, and its affiliates.  Mr. Johnson is responsible for implementing and monitoring all policies and procedures appropriate to the day-to-day operations of the company.  Mr. Johnson also ensures that services are provided in accordance with  contracts and applicable State and Federal regulations and standards. He directs all facets of construction from design to implementation and completion.  Responsible for overseeing all business aspects of construction activities, monitoring the project design and design approval process, reviewing completed bid packages and scope sheets for all projects, reviewing project construction schedules, visiting and inspecting all construction projects, providing oversight of construction scheduling and budget forecasts, and providing supervision and training to the construction team. 

Jim Mockabee ( Estimator and Project Manager)

Jim Mockabee joined the ASI team in January 2006. He serve's in the capacity as ASI's Construction Cost Analyst. He has been involved in residential construction since 1983. Starting out as a carpenter for a local custom home builder he has taught carpentry for the National Homebuilders Association. He has been an estimator for fire and water restoration projects and worked for sundry General Contractors at various management levels.  Mr. Mockabee attended Virginia Tech University.
